I offer individual psychotherapy, a psycho-educational group and a community blog. Individual psychotherapy specialties are ADHD, general wellness, grief and trauma. The psycho-educational group is dedicated ADHD support for parents and caregivers of children with ADHD and common co-morbidities as they navigate the Ontario special education system and learn skills related to purposeful advocacy. Lynn Galeazza BSW, MSW, RSW

I have been working within this field for close to 30 years. My knowledge has developed from my extensive professional experience, my education, and my lived experience. I am a strong advocate with skills relevant to individual support, group facilitation, and system navigation. If you are a person with ADHD and/or have a learning disability (LD), or are a parent supporting a child with ADHD/ LD, I can help you navigate the education system through increased knowledge, understanding, confidence, skills, and strategies.

My approach is trauma informed, strengths based, and grounded in acceptance, self-care, and compassion. I know that knowledge is power and as our awareness increases so does our sense of agency. I believe in the strength of community and facilitate a group for parents/caregivers who are navigating the Ontario Special Education System.

While I want to be a support for you and your family, I have a wait list for both 1:1 support and my Psycho-educational ADHD Group.
